Our Modern Era Village of the Damned!
Something is terribly wrong with the Education ‘Village‘ of America – the complete breakdown of America’s government controlled education system through indoctrination and Socialism. Our children have become truly ‘damned‘ and will have little chance to truly succeed in this nation – UNLESS – the system can be overturned. This commentary was so-named because of then First Lady, Hillary Clinton’s comment, “It takes a village to raise a child.” In addition to my feelings that our children are truly ‘damned‘ as long as this system is allowed to continue. The ‘Village‘ is the place that I would not wish to be in today. I was privileged to participate in one of the last non-socialist school systems. Hell – I also know that the conversion had already begun, but I had great teachers. At 73 years of age – I can still picture and name over 90% of those whose care I was placed into. NOW – having said all of this, allow me to share with you some major changes within two of our sites – the Federal Observer and most specifically, Le Metropolis Café. When we began Metropolis Café in late 2016 it was our intention to provide what we refer to as the Good, the Bad and the Ugly within the American Education system today – but what has happened has become far more Ugly than anything that we have ever seen – to the point that the ugliness has taken over the site. Critical Race Theory and sexuality (of very sick and alternative natures) being two of the worst parts of the system today. We have made the decision to make some corrections – corrections which we expect to take nearly two months to correct. Beginning on Friday, July 9, 2021 – we began to migrate nearly all of the “NEWS” related columns from Metropolis – back to the location where it began 20 years ago – to the Federal Observer. Yes, each migrated column will also be posted in our original category, “Village of the Damned” – but in some cases, “Out of the Past” – for that is what it has become. Whether that same category title will remain on Metropolis or not has yet to be decided – and yet, there will still be some commonality of purpose within.
You see – apparently Le Metropolis Café had begun to create a difference for many of these families and their students – something which they found refreshing – and we were providing some challenges and a different way of thinking for many – far more than we believed. THAT became important to us as we realized that even if we would just reach a few – and make that difference in their lives – then we had met our goals – and we were – and so we rebuilt and continued forward – and then all hell has broken loose within the Educational system – hence we have overloaded Metropolis with way too much news dealing with these negative issues and it has taken over the purpose of the site. I guess that John Dewey and his cohorts are smiling from the graves these days.
As relates to Le Metropolis Café – let us guide our children towards creation – of the future. The time is past due for we the people to take back the responsibility of who raises and who teaches OUR children.. and with YOUR help, and the words of our contributors, we will do our best to bring your children to the world which they deserve to live in. For those reasons, we of course will guide our students – and their willful parents – to our youngest website, LeMetropolis.Café… – and yet the category Village of the Damned will also remain on Metropolis.Cafe – but not for the same reasons.
In the words of Escalalante ~ “I tell my students, you do not enter the future – you create the future. The future is achieved through hard work.” Below a music video I found with footage from the classic apocalyptic sci-fi film Metropolis, combined with sci-fi folk song In The Year 2525 by Zager & Evans. I really found them fitting together in a dystopian transhumanist meets Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World kind of way. What awaits humanity after the intense technological and biological developments set in motion? If we ever get there? Thea von Harbou had some intensively accurate visions of the future. And Fritz Lang did the visual masterpiece. All this is now a classic topic about the future of humanity. In this video you will relate to the message and the visions of the future. With the classic one hit wonder song and outstanding vintage film footage. In many respects – it was THIS film is why Le Metropolis Café came to be… a silent film from the 1920’s which told us what we would someday be facing. Get your children out of the system NOW!
