In the Beginning – The Declaration

The greatest threat to the freedom of the American people is lack of knowledge about their own land of states in union. The necessary knowledge is, in part, understanding how it is, but, more importantly, how it is supposed to be.

Although most have no idea whatsoever of what I am alluding to, ‘how it is’ verses ‘how it is supposed to be’, are worlds apart. I hope to make clear, such ignorance fits right in with the goals of those that are working diligently to destroy America and all it stands for. Or, maybe I should say, “once stood for.” 

The last time I wrote a part of this series, I led with wondering how the heck officials can uphold their Oaths of Office if they do not know what the Law actually says. I now ask, just how dumbed-down are the American people that allow those they put in offices to keep on ripping them off, holding them in servitude to government? Maybe ignorance is bliss – I wonder…

I also wonder how many of our people consider that officials come from the ranks of the people. This has nothing whatsoever to do with wealth or lack of, only of Citizenship. If one does consider it, what exactly does it have to do with freedom? Do you, one of millions of readers or writers on the Internet, know?

What I am asking is just what in the hell is freedom? Not many can actually give it meaning that is in line with the Law of the Land, which is not what most experts understand or define – and be right. Sorry, but article after article proves my point, just as the brainwashing crap on the old boob’s tube does.

Some of the worst of the ignorant are those elected or appointed to preserve the rights of the people. There is no other reason for their existence, as everything else relates to this.

You see, they are not “lawmakers” – our Law is already made. It is that law they must protect and preserve. They cannot legally or lawfully interfere with it.

I am sure there are some – or many – that will think or ask, “What the crap is he talking about?”

Well, what I am talking about is the real America. It is the America that was in the minds of our founders, excepting Hamilton, of course, who was a big government supporter. It is the real America that is found o n God’s law, and the Law of the Land, which means the Law of the People. It is also the Law found in our most important documents, which the so-called “supreme” Court now craps all over or uses it to wipe their butts, etc.

What exactly the court people consider is “supreme”: is not. In fact, the Supreme Court we hear about currently is not even an Article III court of Law. I explain this in later on when dealing with a segment on the current system of injustice.

Anyway, People, I am pissed. I am more pissed now than even when two different county government corporations stole one each a home of mine. Local officials violated dozens of state and federal statutes. They ignored the Law established by the Declaration. They ignored the supreme Law of the Land right along with the Laws of Missouri, its Constitution.

By ignoring those, they also ignored the Laws of the God most profess to believe it. What a load of crap that is. The fact is they stomped the meaning and concepts thereof into the sewer of deceit and evil doing they dwell in. Irrefutable testimony made no difference to brain dead officials that know not what they do – they apparently just knew the system would defend their lawless actions.

So, maybe the anger has accumulated through the years of research.

Anyway, I am thoroughly sick and tied of government ‘telling’ our people we cannot medicate ourselves with age-old God-given natural plant cures. Good Lord, what led to that?

Think about this. What led to the control of officials by hugely profitable corporate interests favoring them over the people? Is that the purpose for the people’s creation of government?

I am thoroughly sick to my soul of knowing we invade other countries killing perhaps million of people that have done us no harm at all. It is not even in reality for the protection of America and freedom but to further the aims of big business.

I once volunteered to fight to the death to defend the rights and Law of the people. I am still under sacred oath to do just that. Now, though, officials under the same Oath do not. They, instead, do just the opposite. How sick is that?

To make a lengthy story real short at this time, I am sick and tired of officials that lust for power over people and greed. We put these people in positions of trust from which they literally stomp our rights and humanity into oblivion. Then justices in black – at least in heart – says it is okay. Courts of Law, my dying butt.

Believe it or not, your local officials are some of the very worst criminally racketeering businesses that exists. Yes, that is what I stated – ‘racketeering businesses.” The proof is in the pudding. Worst of all is the fact most do not know or do not care that they aid and abet the enemies of America. Think about the “in depth” meaning of that statement.

I could go on and on listing stuff by government that is bad, but I think that as one reads, one will realize just how far off target we are. There are those, usually in government, that call me “crazy man radical” or other names meant to discredit. No big deal – just part of their modus operandi, as corporate control (banking cartel) overthrows America.

As we proceed, facts will make the above clear. Thus, on to the Declaration, which follows immediately.

I wish that all of the people knew the deep down meanings contained in the opening statements of the Declaration. As nice as that would be, I doubt that such will happen in my remaining life. However, if we people do not know, nor base out actions on truth, officials will remain lawless. This dooms Man’s freedom.

What were the goals of our founding document? First, it cut the political connections with the English people. How? It simply stated the “American” colonists had “…the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them”. Of note is that our forefathers established our land on the equality of God’s laws, not of men.

In case one does not realize it, this put the people of the newly declared States of America on the same station as the royalty of England.

But, it did a great deal more than this, which brings us to the second intent and purpose revealed by the second paragraph. This paragraph further supports the importance of God’s laws in the founding.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Thus, we see once again that it is God’s laws that the people were concerned with. In addition, most believe – or say they do – it still is the case. Our rights exist at the moment of conception, a miracle in itself, all things considered. Our rights are therefore inherent, existing long before Man developed a language, let alone the ability to write.

Furthermore, it also declared our rights are unalienable. This means no power (not of the people or the governments they create) can separate the people from their rights. No matter what, our rights remain intact and unaltered. Government can only oppress them through force or some other coercive method. Such is tyranny. Nor may the vote remove them, which slams the door shut on democracy.

Next, the Declaration declares the reasons for government and the only source of its power.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…

Clearly, the people create governments to protect and preserve their rights. After all, the above does not add in, “…unless the government say otherwise”.

Furthermore, the document states that the power comes from the people. The people tell the government what actions it may or may not do. It is a fact that if the people do not have a particular power, then they cannot give it to government. Also, if the authority is not granted in the Constitution, it does NOT exist.

Perhaps, a close to home example might simplify this. Does any man or woman or group of neighbors have the power to come to your home and demand money or any other property from you?

Let us say that I did this despicable act. What if you refuse, saying, “I do no not owe you a damned thing.” But, then I pull a gun, point it at your head, or use some other coercive force to make you comply, such as a threat to you and yours, that force you to comply. Are these acts not crimes?

How is it any different for government in effect to do the same? This is one of the questions I wanted answered nearly a quarter of a century ago.

In striving for the answer, it seemed then and now that officials believe they, as government, have the power to control the people. All they have to do is make some rule, or just state that some statute or ordinance states so and so and call it “law”. And, then force the people to obey.

But, does government actually have this authority? Clearly, the above shows this is false. The Declaration states that only the people have the authority to make law. The kicker is that no man or woman or the mass of the people has power over the other people to give to government. After all, if you do not have some candy, can you give trick-or-treating kids candy on Halloween? If you do not have it, then neither does government, no matter the line of BS those in government might spout.

This is by definition the power of the sovereignty. If only the sovereign can make law, and only the people can make law, then does it not follow that the people are the sovereignty in America? There are also hundreds of Supreme Court and other true “courts of law” that state this is correct.

The very second Article III constitutional “one supreme Court” states it thusly:

“Sovereignty is the right to govern; a nation or State-sovereign is the person or persons in whom that resides. In Europe the sovereignty is generally ascribed to the Prince; here it rests with the people; there, the sovereign actually administers the Government; here, never in a single instance; our Governors are the agents of the people, and at most stand in the same relation to their sovereign, in which regents in Europe stand to their sovereigns. Their Princes have personal powers, dignities, and pre-eminences, our rulers have none but official; nor do they partake in the sovereignty otherwise, or in any other capacity, than as private citizens.” ~ Chisholm v. State of Georgia, 2 U.S. 419 (1793)

Some people will tell you, “Oh, that’s just some old decision that doesn’t matter now.” Well, that is just so much BS. Chisholm stands as stated because truth can never overrule it, and any official that says otherwise is a stinking liar and not fit to hold office. Plus, there is this – only lies and other coercive forces can battle or war against the truth.

There are many cases stating the same and/or citing Chisholm. Yick Wo (below) adds to the number of cases agreeing with, and still standing beside Chisholm. It occurred nearly a century after Chisholm. By many, I mean dozens of hundreds holding this concept as fact.

Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts. And the law is the definition and limitation of powerYick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356, 370 (1886)

It should be clear that the people are the sovereignty. This means the people govern the government, not vice versa. Hard for officials to believe but fact nonetheless. I suspect, just as with Missouri, that your state’s constitution makes clear the control of people over the government.

To make this as simple as possible – the People are the bosses, not those making up the fiction – government. It exists only to serve and protect the people.

But, more of the above later in the section on the Missouri Constitution. First, let us look at the applicable provisions of the Constitution for the united States of America that relate to your property, which includes everything from your inherent, unalienable rights to your private property, such as your home, or whatever.
