The Vile Despicable Tactics of the Left

Liberals have always portrayed themselves as the champions of the people. They love to call themselves Progressives, as if they and only they know how progress should proceed. The truth, as revealed by Kathy Griffin, Black Lives Matter terrorists, the brain dead SJW’s on college campuses across the land,  the Soros funded ironically named Antifa fascists, the left wing fake news media, and despicable lefty politicians like Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi, is that left wingers are violent, lying, bullying, anti-First Amendment, thugs willing to do anything to crush anyone who doesn’t bow down to their fascist agenda.

TBP recently had the pleasure of experiencing the brilliant arrival of a new commenter and then contributor to the site. HollyO posted an extremely profound comment on a thread which blew everyone away. After reading it, I encouraged her to post an article and made her a TBP contributor. We had uncovered another profound new voice. She already had her own website and has written dozens of books. It was clear she was a true artist and she would surely be a tremendous asset to TBP going forward.

It is rare for a TBP article to breach the 100 comment mark. He first excellent article reached 102 comments. But, her second very provocative article reached 248 comments and was picked up by a number of other websites. I and many others couldn’t wait to see what was coming next. And then I received the following email from HollyO:

Dear Admin Jim,

This is farewell for now. Since the publication of Pussy/Pursuit Part 1, I have received a number of emails detailing what I can expect in retaliation of perceived insults to women in general and feminists in particular. What I find more alarming is that I have been formally cautioned by the constabulary against inciting racial hatred.

Despite being online since 1989 I’ve never contributed to any website prior to three weeks ago when I debuted A Child of a Freer Time and you generously featured my ramblings at the top of The Platform. It was a wonderful experience, but I find I prefer obscurity and a quiet life. I am not the stuff of which martyrs are made and TBP is replete with firebrands already—the finest on offer, in fact.

I take my leave in the spirit of Francis Marion’s desire regarding quality/quantity in that I have offered all my best but hopefully not too much.

This is what the world has come to. The vile left wingers use threats and thuggery to shut down free speech. Any speech they don’t like is classified as hate speech or racist. There is no room in their warped world for differences of opinion or alternative viewpoints. We are truly at war. HollyO lives in the UK, as far as I can tell, based on her use of constabulary to refer to the police. Orwell’s 1984 appears to have taken full bloom in that increasingly fascist surveillance state. When the authorities think they have the right to threaten citizens regarding what they write on a blog, the time to fight is approaching rapidly.

I’ve been angry and disgusted since receiving Holly’s email. The poem I’ve posted dozens of times on this website – The Hangman – immediately comes to mind. The left will stop at nothing to shut down the free speech of those that disagree with their crazed authoritarian agenda. The normal people (aka basket of deplorables) have to take a stand against these fascist bullies. They are violent. They will need to be defeated with violence. If we passively stand by and watch as they succeed in shutting down free speech, then we will get the same result as those who allowed the Hangman to do only what they let him do.

How long before they attempt to shut down TBP altogether through intimidation, threats, laws or regulations?
