I’ve Had Enough! This Isn’t What the Govern Meant…
You know, you’re right… You do have the right to complain about anything and everything. That is your right. But I have the right to ignore your incessant bitching. This leads me to how I respond to your constant complaints. I’m going to recommend reading Aesop’s fable ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf.’ Here’s a synopsis: “The Boy Who Cried Wolf” is a classic Aesop fable about a shepherd boy who repeatedly tricks villagers by falsely shouting that a wolf is attacking his sheep, prompting them to come to his aid. When a real wolf appears, his cries for help go unheeded because the villagers believe he is lying again, leading to the loss of his flock. The story’s moral is that liars are not believed even when they tell the truth, underscoring the importance of honesty and the consequences of deceit. Get it?Suggestion #1: Learn the real history of this country, not the indoctrination bullshit taught in public schools. Read it for yourselves and question everything you read. Research what you don’t understand. Yes, this takes effort and time, but it’s a value proposition. Is your investment in learning the truth worth the effort, especially when it could actually lead to substantial positive changes in America? Partisan politicians want to introduce the ideology de jure into the government, but they don’t see these as suggestions; they are demands to replace the current system with one that hasn’t succeeded anywhere in the world since humans started living in communal groups. The suggestion is that a socialist-based ideology will fix this republic’s problems, but all the evidence shows that it won’t work because it never has and never will, since Communism and its predecessors, Socialism and Marxism, also don’t work. The key lies in the word ideology – the root is idea. I remember an early experience in the business world: one of my managers told me that any problem I encountered and wanted to bring to his attention had to be accompanied by at least two viable solutions – they didn’t need to be perfect, but they had to be well thought out. I’ve fallen into the Merkan-Trap of bitching: Guilty as charged. What really caught my attention and really pissed me off was a post on one of my favorite sites accusing the President of the United States of everything except being a nice guy. Everyone blames him for everything wrong in this country, and although he is the President, we must remember that he’s inherited a ton of problems. I won’t bother listing them because there’s not enough space, and that’s not my point. Is it just me, or does half of this country hate everything about it and want to see it destroyed? What’s stopping them from exercising their constitutional right to leave? No one forces them to stay in Merka; they’re not captives, slaves, or indentured servants. They’re free to leave if they’re dissatisfied. There are plenty of socialist countries that would welcome their loyalty and energy for the cause. So… why do we give them the loudest voice and the most prominent space in our mainstream media? It causes me to wonder…
Why are they still here?Suggestion #2: Read and understand popular ideologies like Socialism, Marxism, Communism, and especially American Democracy. How can you make an informed decision without knowing the facts? I’ll restate a maxim from my great-grandmother Hargus…
Granny Hargus was a tough-as-leather Scottish woman who was born during and survived the American Civil War, the Great Depression, two World Wars, the Korean War, and all the trials and tribulations of her 109 years on this earth. Her guiding motto was, “If you don’t like it… make it better.” The second thing that caught my attention was a note from a friend who’s going through a personal crisis, one I’ve faced myself and survived by admitting to it and adapting; reality can be tough sometimes, but it’s what we have, so our options are to complain or try to improve it… But doing nothing and expecting things to get better is foolish because they rarely, if ever, do. He’s feeling entitled to all the things we believe are our birthright and guaranteed by the US Constitution. Reaching a goal requires effort and dedication, which most of this republic lacks. We expect greatness, wealth, prosperity, and happiness, yet we don’t put in the work to improve things. We keep puffing on the Hopium Pipe, waiting for a miracle, providence, or some cosmic event to make everything better – but it never lives up to our expectations. Suggestion #3: Be Thankful for what we already have. We live in the greatest country on this planet and believe all our promises to ourselves will come true – but we’re devastated when they don’t, yet we still have the right to complain loudly that it’s not fair…! This addresses my comment above, ‘I’ll get to that in a little bit.’ We feel entitled to the things we believe are our birthright, things we think we deserve.
Who told us we deserve all the benefits of America without putting in any effort? Most of them are the rights of citizenship, which are all spelled out in the US Constitution. Be extremely careful to read the actual words; do not add the common interpretation or misinterpretations you’re led to believe from your indoctrination.
Ask yourself who it was and what they were selling, because no matter how hard I try, I can’t find a single line written or even implied that says we are entitled. The promises in the US Constitution are protections FROM government censorship, not promises of anything but a structured government that secures fundamental liberties, equality, and justice for “We the People.” It establishes a system of limited, representative power aimed at forming a more perfect union, ensuring domestic tranquility, providing for common defense, and securing the blessings of liberty. Everything else is just advertising, pretty much bullshit! Suggestion #4: Read and understand the U.S. Constitution. It’s available online, and multiple organizations will mail you a free copy if you ask. This republic and country are deliberately misled by what we hear, not by what we understand, and certainly not by what we know. If we truly understood our core principles, we’d realize how we’re being deceived and misled and wouldn’t accept it. But you see, that’s the whole purpose of indoctrination. We’re told what they, the businesses, politicians, etc., want us to believe, and that aligns with their control agendas. We swallow every lie and take another hit on the Hopium pipe. I’ve used the word interpret throughout this article, so I’ll provide the textbook definition for clarity: To interpret is to explain, understand, or clarify the meaning of something, often requiring specialized knowledge, imagination, or judgment. It involves making sense of what is not immediately obvious, such as a foreign language, data, or an artistic performance. I recently learned there are seven ways to interpret the US Constitution. Here are the top three: Textualism focuses on the plain text and the common understanding of words at the time of writing, often ignoring the creators’ intentions. Originalism interprets the document based on its original public meaning when it was adopted. Living Constitutionalism sees the Constitution as a flexible, ever-evolving document that adjusts to changing social values and current needs. Think of it as a practical way to interpret the principles in a manner that fits the specific time. Remember that the ends justify the means… There are several others, but the three listed above are the most common. Personally, I’m an originalist. I believe this incredible document means exactly what it says at the time it was adopted, ratified, or amended. The Framers of the U.S. Constitution, recognizing the need for flexibility, intentionally used broad language to allow interpretation over time, though it remains debated whether they foresaw the extent of modern reinterpretation or preferred a strict, fixed meaning. Many Founders regarded their work as an imperfect compromise meant to evolve, rather than a sacred, unchangeable document. By using flexible language, the Framers allowed the document to adapt rather than be constrained by strict, specific intentions. Many Founders understood that society changes over time, so the interpretation of the Constitution must also evolve.
The document emerged from intense debate and disagreement, so there was no single “original intent” for how each provision should be understood. The creators of the Constitution might not have anticipated specific modern political debates, but they generally viewed it as a legal framework for future generations to interpret. You can think and believe whatever trips your trigger or ‘floats your boat’, but just because that’s your view doesn’t make it right, legal, or even proper. That’s why we have laws, regulations, and social norms and mores. Our acceptance of these societal principles creates harmony, and yes… this requires compromise. Compromise is a settlement of disputes in which all parties make concessions, giving up some demands to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. It involves finding common ground, often balancing competing interests in politics, business, and personal relationships. Suggestion #5: Know Yourself… For King and Country! What or who is your king? Why do you do what you do? Do you even know what drives you? This is very important because it explains how we got here, and I do mean here… in this current situation. “For King and Country” is a historic British phrase and battle cry that symbolizes devotion and sacrifice for one’s monarch and nation. It has become our mission to lay down our lives for our King and country. The popular Christian band with the same name adopted it to signify a higher purpose, emphasizing service to God and people over personal ambition. Therefore, unless you’re a Christian, the only possible meaning is that we’re willing to sacrifice our lives for our cause, our king, our monarch. But… since we’re a democratic republic and don’t have a monarch, how is this relevant? Somehow, I knew you would ask… Who is that king for whom we would make the ultimate sacrifice? I won’t presume to answer for you; I already know my answer — I’m committed to this republic. I made that choice in 1971, about 55 years ago, well before then, but I took the king’s shilling in 1971. The ‘King’s Shilling’ is an old reference to enlisting in the service – a coin was given to the recruit to consummate the deal – service to the crown or country. My King can also be the cause or object I am willing to sacrifice for, such as my family, job, or my passions. It’s appropriate because we still have a country, at least for now, and there was a time in our history when true patriots believed America was worth their sacrifice. Since 1775, 1.3 million American service members have died in battle or in non-combat roles during armed conflicts. The deadliest conflict was the Civil War (~ 620,000 to nearly 700,000 deaths), followed by World War II (~ 405,000). Total deaths include over 651,000 combat fatalities and over 539,000 non-combat fatalities (disease and accidents). That’s a large group of patriots, but only a small percentage of those who benefit from their sacrifice.
These patriots sacrificed their lives so we could uphold what America stands for, yet most citizens chose not to defend our rights. These non-participants are the loudest complainers about challenges to those rights. By the way, these claims are all misinformation, disinformation, malinformation, and assumptions. There is no real basis for any accusations. They are all imagined, based on misunderstood or inferred constitutional rights. There are claims that many of these wars were illegitimate and based on specious information, which forms the basis for most of the angst in the mainstream media complex and the driver of Merka’s habitual overreactions. As I mentioned in the opening paragraphs, we don’t have a King unless you’re a Christian, so the focus shifts to the country or to personal choices and desires. Would you offer your life so this country could survive? Currently, 1.33 million active-duty service members have made that commitment. I know many of my brothers and sisters who have done so, and some who have made the ultimate sacrifice – they paid with their lives. According to available records, 1.3 million have done so. During my lifetime, roughly 103,000 American service members have given their lives to defend this country. How do we honor their sacrifice? Do we appreciate the freedom they fought for, or do we assume others will continue to serve our needs and meet our expectations? I hear you yelling in the background, protesting the needless neutering of squirrels and the forced breeding of the Woolly Mammoth. You’re all for energy independence and zero-carbon emissions, even from your gas-powered hair dryer. You drive an EV and use recycled toilet paper and hand wipes. You eat only organic produce and non-GMO olive loaf, soy-cheese sandwiches on keto-safe bread with avocado mayonnaise. You feel you’re doing your part for yourself… What are you doing for the rest of us? Oh, by the way, the things mentioned above are your Kings… they are the passions you sacrifice for… Before you respond, you do realize that most, if not all, of the popular excuses for civil unrest are bullshit. The climate crisis was based on flawed science and highly manipulated, contrived data to prove their point. Remember the claim that NYC would be underwater by 2012? That the polar ice caps would disappear by 2009, and that most of the coastal cities would disappear… Remember??? At my last check… they were all still there. As for the organic food insanity… It’s mostly about labeling. Even though the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has strict guidelines, only 2% of products are inspected. It’s an honor system, like most other gubmint programs. The recent tally puts the number at $521 billion, with significant increases projected for 2026. Our astute and ever-watchful gubmint just began checking on their expenditures, you know, our taxes… The fraud in Minnesota alone could exceed $9 billion, and LA is on track to surpass $250 billion. That’s what they’ve uncovered in brief investigations. No wonder the Swamp Dwellers wanted to weaken the Discovering Outrageous Government Excess (DOGE) team. Fraud is the lifeblood of this deeply corrupt country. This is undeniable, irrefutable proof that politicians cannot be trusted. Anyone who refuses to be audited should be immediately jailed. It’s almost laughable that I have no recourse when the IRS audits me, yet our government can evade scrutiny by simply refusing to cooperate. Any delay gives them time to ‘cook the books’ and make everything seem legitimate, Kosher – ritually pure. How conveniently deceptive… Wake Up America… all the things that twist your knickers and bunch up your panties are tools that distract you from the real points of attack. Who made all the money during the climate crisis?Who’s making all the money from all the fraud?Where are all our taxes going? And who’s keeping us from finding out? When you look past all the fluff and falderal, you’ll find the truth, and if you’re really observant, you’ll discover that this is all just a bodacious bucket of bullshit.
I know… that’s a lot of work, but once you stop bitching about everything, you’ll have all the time you need. Who knows, maybe we can reclaim control of America without firing another shot… For pity’s sake, VOTE! After all… “The pen is mightier than the sword.” ~ Edward Bulwer-Lytton (1839) Final Suggestion:
