Black Robed Bandits ~ The Courts are now in Charge!
Charles R. Dickens

In old movies, especially westerns, you could always tell the good guys from the bad guys, the hero from the villain, by the color of their clothes, especially their hats. Good guys wore white, and bad guys wore black. This was designed so audiences in the early silent-movie era could distinguish characters in black-and-white films.

The stereotype carries over into our modern thinking.

I usually wear a black hat and don’t consider myself a bad guy. I like the contrast with my white beard and moustache. However, it does make summer in Arizona a bit uncomfortable, so I switch to a lighter color for the season. This color change does not influence my character, ethics, morals, or patriotism.

Sadly, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to discern the hero and villain simply by color. Those lines are blurred. We’re forced to assess their character based on their behavior. From what I see, these characters and their actions are reprehensible if not treasonous. But I do like the analogy. It fits nicely into this commentary.

AI tells us that judges wear black robes as a symbol of authority and power, while others say that it fosters uniformity, and still others maintain that it enforces the idea that justice is blind. You can choose the answer that works for you. I can cite examples that dispel these notions, especially the blind uniformity trumpery. While these are textbook responses, the reality is not even close.

I don’t infer that people wearing black or other dark colors are bad. Again, that’s up to your interpretation and preconception.

Did the bad guys take over the country?

There are hundreds of articles in the mainstream news about Biden’s Immigration policy and its impact on Merka. There was an outcry when it began, but no one in either party envisioned the results or consequences of this policy; maybe the Marxists did. That was a little over four years ago. Today, we face a true Constitutional Crisis of Biden’s making.

What’s the crisis?

How do we remove the 21 million extremely expensive and illegal immigrants (Biden’s guests) from Merka legally and without breaking the bank or adding to the deficit?

AI tells us that everyone in Merka, regardless of immigration status, has constitutional rights. In this case, those rights are the right to due process according to the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution. These amendments deal with procedural and substantive due process.

– Remember that AI is a set of computer programs created by computer engineers, most of whom were educated in liberal universities and colleges.

Procedural law deals with the processes used to deprive someone of life, liberty, or property, including deportation. It allows the individual to be heard by an impartial decision-maker. Substantive law addresses fundamental rights such as privacy, speech, religion, and unwarranted government interference.

The essence of due process is to safeguard against government overreach. It’s a cornerstone of a fair and just legal system, adjudicated by an impartial decision maker. But is a partisanly appointed judge impartial?

AI tells us it can take from a few months to several years to provide due process to a single illegal immigrant. It depends significantly on several factors:

- Complexity of the case

– Appeals and Challenges

– Geographic Location

– Individual Circumstances

– Backlog in Immigration Courts

– The Political Leanings of the Presiding Judge

Individuals in immigration proceedings, including those who are undocumented, have due process rights, such as the right to a fair hearing, the right to counsel, and the right to appeal unfavorable decisions. However, the extent of due process rights can vary depending on the circumstances, such as whether the individual is detained at the border or is residing in the country.

The best guess for the costs of processing 1 million people annually is $728.3 billion. The remainder, around 20 million, would require housing and ancillary services to support them while they await ‘due process’ in the courts. Least we ignore that they will undoubtedly have children while they are here. Which leads us to the ‘Birthright Citizenship Issue’, also part of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Support for each illegal immigrant costs each taxpayer $1,156 per year:

There are:

- 13.9 million taxpayers

– That’s $160.7 billion per year to support illegal immigrants

– Estimates show there are 21 million illegal immigrants in Merka today

This does not factor in their procreation rates or the ‘Birth Right Citizenship issue.’

If you’re wondering who pays for this… I invite you to look in the mirror.

Housing and processing 21 million people through our system is legally and financially impossible, and those controlling the Biden administration knew this going in. It was all part of the well-orchestrated plot to fundamentally change America into a Marxist country.

Here’s the long and short of this. There is no feasible way for us to rid Merka of Joe Biden’s guests. We are TARS – Totally and Royally Screwed!

– The military acronym is TARF – you’ll need to look it up, I promised not to use that language going forward.

Biden and the American Marxist Party (AMP) stuck #47 with a monumental problem with no legal solutions, short of Constitutional Amendments or SCOTUS approval to suspend specific Constitutional provisions; any one of which could take years to execute. So… while this grinds its way through the system, we support a burgeoning new class of ‘guest-citizens’ called the Illegals…

So far, there have been more injunctions and temporary restraining orders against the current administration than any other administration in Merka’s history. And the hits just keep on coming.

The AMP appointed judges use every liberal legal interpretation available to block the deportation of Biden’s guests. Oh, yes… they are guests – Biden invited them, let them enter illegally, refused to prosecute them, provided sanctuary cities and states where they could live, and made it our fiscal responsibility to care for them. Yes, dear friends, we are now stuck with them. It doesn’t matter the burden on the rest of the Republic; what matters is their goal to replace our representative form of government with Marxism, fundamentally transforming Merka. Remember that the ends justify the means.

AI explains our three-branch system of government as follows:

Legislative Branch (Congress, the opposite of progress): This branch, composed of the House of Representatives and the Senate, is responsible for creating laws. It can declare war, regulate trade, and establish the federal court system. They make the laws.

Executive Branch (President): The President, as the head of the executive branch, is responsible for enforcing the laws passed by Congress. The executive branch includes the Vice President, Cabinet, and various federal agencies. They decide the direction of the republic.

Judicial Branch (Courts): This branch, led by the Supreme Court (SCOTUS), interprets laws and ensures their constitutionality. It also resolves disputes between states and between citizens and the government. They interpret the Constitution and the law.

These three branches exist to ensure a separation of powers, create checks and balances, and provide accountability in our government. They represent different interests and opinions, ensuring a comprehensive and balanced approach to governance. No one branch has dominion over the others. It prevents any single branch from becoming too dominant and provides a balance of authority.

That’s the idea, but as we all know, things rarely work as designed.

“Every time we make something idiot-proof, they come up with a better idiot.” ~ Douglas Adams

Interestingly, every one of these injunctions or temporary restraining orders comes from a Marxist judge.

SCOTUS’s latest decision to require ‘due process’ for deportees moves national policy decisions, directions, and security from the Executive to the Judicial branch. It is a Judicial coup d’etat. The US Constitution defines a branch system of government intended to separate and balance power. Since constitutional interpretation is the purview of the Judicial Branch, they will take every liberal license and latitude to do just that.

Heah cum de Black Robed Bandits…

This is the constitutional crisis the Left laments incessantly, but it’s one of their making.

Earlier in this commentary, I mentioned that Biden’s handlers, his puppet masters, knew from the beginning of their insurrection that this was all part of the plan. If the AMP wins, it will be all the better and support their strategy. But if the Right won, they would be mired in legal battles and the repercussions of this maneuver for many years. There would be no quick fix, simple solution, or easy way out. The very legal system we fight to preserve was used to paralyze us. We are shackled and legally immobilized.

Recent polling shows that 66% of Merkans support deporting anyone who is not in this country legally. A majority of legal immigrants, the people who followed the process, support the deportation of Illegals.

AI tells us that there are 47.8 million legal and illegal immigrants, representing 14.3% of the Merkan population as of 2023. There were 2.4 million encounters at the southern border and over 3.2 million nationwide that year. The BBC shows a total count of 21 million since Biden opened the floodgates; that’s the ones they counted; the estimate of gotaways is over 1.7 million.

The Illegals do and vote as they’re told.

The top reasons for illegal immigration are economic opportunities, safety and refuge, family reunification, overstaying Visas, and limited legal pathways. By the way, 18 nations contain 51% of the world’s migrant population, some 127 million people. But… Merka has the highest rate of illegal immigration. Aren’t we nice?

Illegals, Biden’s guests, come from totalitarian or authoritarian regimes run by cartels and thugs. These are NOT scientists or intellectuals, they are laborers. 69% have no education beyond high school, and due to their education levels, they are heavily concentrated in the lower-wage, unskilled jobs, yet less than 4% work in the farm labor force, 40% lack basic English skills, and a larger percentage lack basic numeracy (math skills) and are functionally illiterate.

About 30% of the Merkan high school students are rated below the basic levels of literacy and numeracy, and only 33% are prepared for college-level coursework.

It kinda makes you proud – don’t it?

I’ve been searching for the rationale supporting Biden’s invitation. The best possible workable scenario is to flood Merka with sympathetic Marxist voters. They don’t understand democracy or our representative government. And as Jasmine Crockett – no relation to Davy – so eloquently stated, “Ain’t nun a y’all farmin… you not… We done pickin cotton. We needs illegals to pick dat cotton! You don’t pay enough to get us back on dat plantation.” She also said, “Illegal immigration is not a crime.”

Senator John Kennedy from Louisiana remarked: ”She’s why they print instructions on a shampoo bottle.”

The answer from The Hill is, “Because it reverses Trump’s memorandum that excludes undocumented immigrants from the decennial census that determines the number of seats states will have in the House of Representatives.”

To appreciate this last statement, you must understand the mechanics of how Congress, the opposite of progress, is staffed. The census – the number of people, not registered voters or citizens, in each congressional district determines the number of House representatives. That means that even illegals count toward that number. 21 million new bodies carefully installed in specific congressional districts could change the makeup of the House of mis-Representatives for the next ten years.

There is a method to their madness. Illegal Immigration is the Means to their Ends of dominating the government for the foreseeable future.

I’ll repeat it. This is not about us; it’s about them and their partisan control of this republic.

Why is the American Marxist Party (AMP) pushing to pack the Supreme Court with more Marxist judges?

Why does the American Marxist Party want control of Congress, the opposite of progress?

Why are all of the Marxist judges throughout this republic taking extralegal actions to hobble the Trump administration? They couldn’t beat him in the elections, so they will beat him through the courts. AND… if they can’t beat him, they will slow his progress to a crawl. This is where AMP’s contemptible coalition with the Corporate Media Complex (CMC) enters the conspiracy.

The CMC’s part in this is to spread the misinformation and disinformation necessary to promote AMP’s sedition. AI, ‘says the media, to which people are exposed significantly, shapes their beliefs, opinions, and actions, substantially impacting their comprehension of altruism-related issues. Research has consistently shown that an individual’s perceptions can be influenced by the extent of their exposure to a particular subject.’

The American Marxist Party is banking on it. In 2024, they spent $11 billion on media coverage, penetration, and advertising – that’s more than the GDP of 36 countries. This is how critical it is to their scheme.

Currently, 54% of Democrats (AMP), 27% of Independents, and 12% of Republicans believe the CMC. The CMC leans Left, so its programming is naturally directed to that demographic; the same is true for the other partisan players. What’s disturbing is the anti-Merkan attitude advanced in these articles, broadcasts, and programs, as well as the latitude allowed by the judiciary.

The climax brings us to today.

Merka elected #47 to fulfill his campaign promises, and in the first months of his administration, he’s on the path to doing it.

The Black Robed Bandits pull out all the stops to block his progress and keep him from fulfilling the campaign promises that elected him.

The framers of this republic warned that when two of the three branches align, tyranny supplants liberty. Balance and fairness were the intention of a three-branched government. The Framers thought these branches would be unlikely to align on a single cause, but the preceding Marxist regimes disproved this premise. Not only did they ally, but they also fought to undo much of what we understand our Constitution to be, and those provisions that protected us were subsequently turned against us. I’m talking about the weaponization of the Department of Justice (DoJ).

Remember that the DoJ and Congress, the opposite of progress, colluded to persecute and prosecute the January 6th protestors, not to mention their ceaseless legal persecution of Trump before the 2024 elections.

A final comment on SCOTUS – The Supreme Court of the United States. There is no place in any judiciary for partisan politics. If justice is indeed blind, viewing anything or anyone through partisan political lenses prejudices the perception. This is undoubtedly the case in many decisions made over the past several years. It is truly unconstitutional and clearly un-American to expect any court to render a verdict or decision based on anything but the law and its constitutionality. Decisions based on partisan politics are unconstitutional and should be considered meaningless.

I want to reiterate what I wrote above in the paragraphs about the branches of our government. They all have a purpose and function in our republic. The design is specific to keep them from becoming too powerful or dictatorial. SCOTUS’s reluctance, reticence, and partisan alignments are unconstitutional by design, and Congress’s expectation for anyone in the judiciary to decide matters based on partisan political affiliations violates everything this republic espouses.

In the later part of the 18th century, we fought and won a war to prevent autocratic, monarchical rule in this republic. Almost 250 years later, we are in the same situation that cost an estimated 70,000 lives. We are arguing over the semantics of the word ‘is’ and who gets to decide the direction of this republic.

We allowed a cabal of bureaucrats to administer the executive branch and flood this republic with illegals. AMP appointed Black Robed Bandits decide the country’s policies and influence its direction from the bench. Congress, the opposite of progress, uses its partisan alignments as a lever to shift sovereignty based on partisan affiliations, and its minions in the CMC do their bidding to convince the public that all is well and to pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Our constitutional government is based on an ancient analogy called the “Three-Legged Stool.”

It’s Busted!

The “three-legged stool” analogy illustrates that stability and balance are achieved when three key elements are present. If one leg is missing or weakened, the entire structure becomes unstable. This metaphor is used across various fields to emphasize the importance of interconnected yet independent components for achieving a desired outcome or maintaining a system’s integrity.

I encourage you to look it up. It’s an interesting read, but be careful… you may learn something.

Charles R. Dickens was born in 1951, is a veteran of the Vietnam, for which he volunteered, and the great-great grandson of the noted author, whose name he shares.

He is a fiercely proud American, who still believes this is the greatest country on the planet, with which we’ve lost control and certainly our direction. He grew up in moderate financial surrounding; were not rich by any stretch, but didn’t go hungry – his incredibly hard working father saw to that. As most from that era, he learned about life from his father, whose story would take too long to tell, other than to say that, he is also a fiercely proud American; a WWII and Korean war, veteran Marine.

Charlie was educated in the parochial system which, demanded that you actually learn something, and have capability to retain it before you advance. He attended several universities in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree, and chased the goose further to a master’s, and has retained some very definite ideas about education in this country.

In addition, Charlie is a professional (struggling) blues guitar and vocalist – a musician. This is his therapy career. Nothing brings him as much joy as playing music, and he wishes that he could make a living at it… maybe some day!

That’s Charlie… a proud, opinionated, and passionate American.
