Export Development Corporation (EDC) 1971-82, with promotion to Senior Treasury Officer in 1978; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) 1982-89, with promotion to Assistant General Manager and Chief Dealer, International Money Markets in 1985; Vice President, Money Markets and Foreign Exchange, Confederation Treasury Services Limited (CTSL) 1991-94. David joined Market Street Investment House, a forerunner of Westminster Securities Inc., in January 1995. In 1996 Market Street Investment House evolved into Gorinsen Capital Inc. Westminster Securities evolved from Gorinsen Capital in April, 2000. David joined Union Securities in October, 2001.
David is a director of Bullion Management Services Inc., the owner of the Millennium Bullion Fund , a Canadian mutual fund trust investing equally in gold, silver and platinum.
