I have been researching the motives, causes and effects of the New World order for several years now. What I have found is disconcerting, to say the least. What is equally disconcerting, however, is the inability of the sheeple to wake up to the realities of the situation. Denial is not a river in Egypt.

The readership of the Silver Bear Cafe, and other web sites of a similar ilk, is made up, in part, of a group of open minded patriots who realize the country is being torn apart at the seams, by the central bankers of the world who represent eletists, whose primary objective is to control all the people and all the property of all the world! "The Bear" is also frequented by precious metal bugs and investors who seek information on how to protect their assets. Collectively these folks constitute what I call "the Community", and I, for one, am proud to consider myself a member. Community members such as David Morgan, Jim Sinclair, Jim Puplava, Bill Bonner , Don Stott, G. Edward Griffin, and Ron Paul (to name just a few) work tirelessly to disseminate valuable information which is intentionally excluded from reports by the eletist controlled mainstream media. I believe that most of what is aired as news by these outlets is misinformation intended to placate and subdue the populace into an apathetic funk.

Unfortunately, try as we all may, the bulk of society refuses to even consider the possibility that they are being set up for a fall, and we are considered a part of the lunatic fringe by the vast majority of Americans.

I believe that humanity is approaching a crossroads. For years I have harped on the misinformation campaign and the unfettered issuance of fiat. As I have suggested many times before, if any person or group is granted the ability to invent, (counterfeit), money, then they are also granted absolute power. If I had the ability to invent money, I could buy anything I wanted, including the vast majority of the human population of the earth. If you believe that you are above temptation, just start adding zeros. Of course, I don't have the ability to invent money, and those that do aren't buying patriots. In fact the people that they are interested in are those who can help them squash patriotism, national sovereignty, and our constitutional way of life. To lend to my perception that this is an international delima, one need only consider the prevalence of fiat currency systems world wide. There is afoot, a brilliant, albeit treacherous, scheme to control all the people and all the property of all the world. Who'd of thunk it?

I have explored the methods and means of this insidious scheme ad nauseam in all of my previous rants. Happily, as a result of my efforts, I have come in contact with a great many persons who are also trying to expose the methods of their madness. One of the most astute explanations of the methodology of the fiat fanatics was provided to me by Mary Elizabeth Croft. It is a ninety-three page ebook entitled: How I Clobbered Every Bureaucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Known to Man... a Spiritual Economics Book on $$$ and Remembering Who You Are. It is one of the most enlightening studies on this subject that I am aware of. Understanding how we have been manipulated to arrive in our current situation is surely essential to defining a remedy. Through her book, Ms. Croft provides the readers with the option of changing your minds about how you manage your commercial affairs. As we are all aware, world domination via confiscation of our $$$ is already on tap. England and the Rothschilds control the $$$ of every country of the world and therefore all its lawmakers and therefore all its laws. I think that, after reading her explanation of the "Dark Side's" conspiracy, even the most enlightened of you will sit back a rethink every thing you thought you knew. One of the main points of this particular essay deals with the fact that there already exists much technology, that would serve humanity and eliminate most of the world's problems. Technology that has already been dicovered/developed/invented but has been withheld from mankind as a result of greed and lust for power. I am speaking specifically of free energy.

During the twentieth century, cutting edge researchers, inventors and scientists were able to unlock the mysteries of harnessing our planets's natural energies. People like Nikola Tesla, T. Henry Moray, Edwin Gray, and Paul Baumann among many others developed electric motors that derived their power from the magnetic fields of the Earth. Dr. Robert Adams developed astounding designs of electric motors, generators and heaters that derive their power from permanent magnets. Dr. Tom Bearden has two working models of a permanent magnet powered electrical transformer. Jean-Louis Naudin has duplicated Bearden's device in France. The principles for this type of device were first disclosed by Frank Richardson in 1978. Troy Reed has working models of a special magnetized fan that heats up as it spins. Beyond these developments, multiple inventors have identified working mechanisms that produce motor torque from permanent magnets alone. Besides experimentations that create electricity, there have been dozens of breakthroughs using the created electricity to generate even more power through super-efficient electrolosis, implosion/vortex engines, cold fusion, and solar assisted heat pumps¹.

The point is, as a civilization, we already have the technologies that could provide pollution free energy at no cost. Technologies that could eliminate greenhouse gases, desalinate all the water humanity could ever need and pump this water to any location on the planet, at no cost! We could grow unlimited quantities of food in heated greenhouses, clean up the environment, and eliminate the causes of disagreements and wars worldwide. Where are these technologies? Why is mankind being deprived of their benefits?

There are four gigantic forces that have worked together to create this situation. To say that there is and has been a "conspiracy" to suppress this technology only leads to a superficial understanding of the world, and it places the blame for this completely outside of ourselves. Our willingness to remain ignorant and actionless in the face of this situation has always been interpreted by two of these forces as "implied consent." So, besides a "non-demanding public," what are the other three forces that are impeding the availability of free energy technology?

In standard economic theory, there are three classes of Industry. These are Capital, Goods, and Services. Within the first class, Capital, there are also three sub-classes. These are: 1) Natural Capital. This relates to raw materials (such as a gold mine) and sources of energy (such as a hydroelectric dam or an oil well). 2) Currency. This relates to the printing of paper "money" and the minting of coins. These functions are usually the job of Government. And 3) Credit. This relates to the loaning of money for interest and its extension of economic value through deposit loan accounts. From this, it is easy to see, that energy functions in the economy in the same way as gold, the printing of money by the Government, or the issuing of credit by a bank. In 1953, during his first year in office Dwight D. Eisenhower was informed by his military staff members that at least 10 alien crashed discs had been recovered along with 26 dead and 4 live aliens. Eisenhower knew that he had to deal with the alien problem. He knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to congress, so early in 1953 the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations; Nelson Rockefeller. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of MAJIC, which would become a reality within one year. The Rockefeller empire had solidly backed "Ike" and Eisenhower belonged to the Council on Foreign Relations or CFR; a private institution incorporated by David Rockefeller in 1921, and the Rockefeller family heart and soul. Asking Rockefeller to help with the alien problem was to be the biggest mistake Eisenhower ever made, not only for the future of the United States but for humanity as well. Within one week of Eisenhower's election, he had appointed Nelson Rockefeller Chairman of a Presidential Advisory Committee on Governmental Organization. Rockefeller was responsible for planning the re-organization of the government. New Deal programs went into a single cabinet post called the Department of Health, Education and Welfare. When the Congress approved the new Cabinet position in April of 1953, Nelson Rockefeller was named to the post of Undersecretary to Oveta Culp Hobby.

In February of 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower allegedly was taken to Edwards Air force base (previously Muroc Airfield) for a secret meeting. The meeting was possibly the most significant that any American President could have conducted: an alleged "First Contact" meeting with extraterrestrials, and the beginning of a series of meetings with different extraterrestrial races that led to a "treaty" that was eventually signed.²

In 1969, then Georgia Governor, Jimmy Carter sighted what he described as a "very remarkable sight," and "the darndest thing I have ever seen." He was referring to a UFO that he and several members of a Southwest Georgia Lions Club witnessed outside their meeting hall.³

In 1976, Carter was asked by Thomas Heiman, Associate Director of the UFO Education Center in Appleton Wisconsin whether he would, as President, "air what’s "behind-closed-doors" today in regards to UFOs?" Carter replied "Yes, I would make these kinds of data available to the public, as President, to help resolve the mystery about it." " On a public basis?" asked Heiman. "Yes," replied Carter, "on a public basis."⁴

After his ascension to what is commonly viewed as the highest office in the land, President-elect Carter asked then head of the CIA, George Bush, Sr., for all the material on UFOs that the CIA possessed. "I want to have the information that we have on UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence." Carter had asked. "I want to know about this as President."

George Bush Sr. (according to Marcia Smith, then Director of the Science and Technology Division of the Library of Congress' Congressional Research Service) said, "No . . . that he wasn’t going to give this to him . . . that this was information that existed on a need to know basis only. Simple curiosity on the part of the President wasn’t adequate."⁴

In December 1993, only months after Clinton took office, he requested that all of the government's information on UFOs be made available to him personally. At approximately the same time Dr. Steven Greer was meeting with the CIA director, Admiral James Woolsey and also requested UFO information and disclosure.

Woolsey and his wife Suzanne (at the time a ranking official at the National Academy of Sciences) had, in the late 1960s, reportedly had a daylight UFO sighting in New Hampshire. As a result of their sighting, Woolsey was understandably curious and wanted the information as much as Clinton and Greer. Upon approaching the Air Force for additional disclosure, his request was denied.

Beginning in 1993, I started an effort that was designed to identify firsthand military and government witnesses to UFO events and projects, as well as other evidence to be used in a public disclosure. From 1993, we spent considerable time and resources briefing the Clinton Administration, including CIA Director James Woolsey, senior military officials at the Pentagon, and select members of Congress, among others. In April of 1997, more than a dozen such government and military witnesses were assembled in Washington DC for briefings with Congressmen, Pentagon officials and others. On May 9th, 1994, White House reporter Sarah McClendon asked Bill Clinton why he didn't do something about the UFO phenomena. Clinton responded, "Sarah, there's a secret government within the government, and I don't control it.⁵

"A secret government within the government"? For so long I have been blaming the woes of mankind on "the Dark Side". I thought I had correctly identified "the Dark Side" as being made up of central bankers and their bought off puppets.

"That is when I realized how serious the dysfunction in our government was, that there was literally a secret government inside the government that did as it wanted to. And everything you hear about this that sounds like it is too far-fetched to be true happens to be true." Dr. Steven M. Greer, Director, The Disclosure Project ⁹

Are we then to understand that the President of the United States is not the leader of the free world, does not have any control or say in the direction the country is heading, but is rather a figurehead, someone who gives the appearance of authority and yet has little to no authority at all? Although disconcerting, the fact that Dubya is not calling the shots is, in a strange way, reassuring.

The Clinton administration briefings; Associate Attorney General Webster Hubbell's UFO inquiries; the memoir of the late Col. Philip Corso, "The Day After Roswell"; and the public statements of Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell and others represent one of the most extraordinary political stories of the 20th century.  A story which the mainstream political press have astonishingly sidestepped.

"With regard to the technology itself, I work with folks who do know what is in our technological data base and what is available to modern armies. The so-called ET technology, the ability to have silent engines and flying machines that make no sound, flying machines that have the characteristics that are consistent with reproduction of UFO sightings, are not in any nations arsenal, but they do exist. So if there are back engineered technologies existing, they are probably in the hands of this group of individuals formerly government, formerly perhaps intelligence, formerly, under private sector control with some sort of oversight by military, or by government. But this (oversight) is likely no longer the case as a result of this access denied category that is now operating. I call it a clandestine group. The technology is not in our military arsenals anywhere in the world, but it does exist, and to me that is quite disconcerting." - Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell

Astronaut Dr. Edgar Dean Mitchell, Sc.D. was lunar module pilot on Apollo 14, spending a record 33 hours and 31 minutes on the lunar surface, returning to earth on February 9th, 1971. He conducted extrasensory perception experiments during the mission. He resigned from NASA and retired from the Navy in October 1972. Dr. Mitchell's former academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Science from the U.S. Navel Postgraduate School and a Doctor of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition he has received honorary doctorates in engineering from New Mexico State University, the University of Akron and Carnegie Mellon.

Dr Mitchell has been awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the USN Distinguished Service Medal, the NASA Distinguished Medal, and three NASA Group Achievement Awards.

Interestingly enough, the point of this essay is really not concerned with an exploration into the existance of extraterrestrials (although I believe the links above should provide enough evidence for any reasonable person to more readily entertain the possibilities) but rather to explore the possibility that there exists a "secret government within the government" which already possesses technologies capable of eliminating the need for fossil fuels, eliminate hunger, provide almost unlimited quantities of fresh water, and raise the standard of life for all persons on the planet to levels never before imagined by most, almost immediately. Why these technologies are being kept from the very citizens, who have, in large part, paid for their development is what I will attempt to explore in this piece.

We face a hostile ideology -- global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose, and insidious in method. Unhappily the danger is poses promises to be of indefinite duration. To meet it successfully, there is called for, not so much the emotional and transitory sacrifices of crisis, but rather those which enable us to carry forward steadily, surely, and without complaint the burdens of a prolonged and complex struggle -- with liberty the stake.

Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific / technological elite.

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together. - Dwight D.
