Ron Paul on Daily Show End the Fed edition Great interview, I wish Jon Stewart would spend like an hour interviewing him, because it would be so easy to see Dr. Pauls side, when everything has to be done in 30 seconds or less, it's a hard to distinguish really good ideas from the double speak of most Republicans. I think when he asked "isn't the government supposed to protect us?" he kind of answered more on the banking side... but he should have also just said... "of course... that's about all the government is supposed to do, ... protect our rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, protect us from fraud, and protect us from cronie capitalism and an over zealous government." |
